Connect advice

We provide free, confidential support to residents across the borough by phone, email and pre-booked face-to-face appointments. We also have offices located throughout the borough, and details of our office locations can be found below.

Our Connect team delivers outreach services within the community, including door knocking on local estates and attending local foodbanks. At these foodbanks, we provide direct support to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. A list of the foodbanks we attend can be found below.
