All of our staff and volunteers carry Help on Your Doorstep ID badges and will usually be wearing Help on Your Doorstep uniforms.
If someone comes to your door claiming to be from Help on Your Doorstep and you are suspicious please call our General Enquiries number to check that they are a member of our team. Please close your door securely while you do this.
If in any doubt please do not talk to them or let them into your home.
