As part of our work on improving health and wellbeing in Islington we have put together information about local opportunities focused on the 5 ways to wellbeing.

The information is aimed at disabled people and people with long term health conditions, but there are opportunities that everyone can get involved in.

The 5 ways to wellbeing are:

  1. to be active
  2. to connect
  3. to give
  4. to keep learning
  5. to take notice.

Research has found that taking even small steps towards doing more towards one or more of these 5 ways can improve your health and wellbeing. We promote the 5 ways to wellbeing through all of our work and are grateful to Cloudesley for funding this new health and information service.
