We are looking for an Interim Services and Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key role providing leadership and support across the organisation. It is an exciting time to join Help on Your Doorstep as we are embarking on further development of our services in order to meet the health and wellbeing needs of the most disadvantaged and isolated Islington residents.

We are looking for someone who has substantial experience of working successfully in a leadership role in a voluntary sector or public sector client facing support service. Key skills for this role include line management and experience of developing operational guidelines or policies.

  • Location: Help on Your Doorstep's office, N1 8HX (with some flexibility for home working)
  • Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
  • Salary: £40,000 per annum plus contributory pension
