We are looking for a Head of Services who can ensure that we continue to deliver high quality, responsive services across Islington

Do you have substantial leadership experience in voluntary or public sector support services? Are you an inspirational, supportive and effective line manager? Would you enjoy the challenge of managing our successful and impactful community based services?

Your duties will be to oversee the management of all of our front line services, including Connect and Good Neighbours Schemes. You will work closely with the Director and the Operations Management Team to ensure that our services are delivering as expected, meeting community needs and are operating effectively and efficiently. 

You will enjoy the challenge of a varied role, overseeing the planning, review and improvement of services and building on key relationships with funders and partners. You will share our person centred ethos and be an effective communicator with drive, personal sensitivity, good judgement and the ability to make the most of opportunities.

  • 35 hours per week 
  • Office based at 13 Elliott's Place, N1 8HX with the ability to work from any of our Islington offices as required
  • Salary: £48,000
